1. Lemon Cheesecake
everything was right, texture, appearance, sweetness, crust and all. it was just that the whole cake was slightly rich for most of the people. i personally felt alright but the crowd always win! so no no i will work on it and a better one will be out next week! await alright!
2. Chocolate Cake
HUGE SUCCESS! sister loved it, manager unnie loved it. best part, my cousin's hubby put it in his mouth and 2seconds later he said 'i can sell it right now' I WAS OVER THE MOON. (: so one official cake by C can be found at Real Food from the coming monday!
3. Lime Sherbet
mom loved it. sister loved it. i loved it. manager thought it was good too. my cousin rejected because it was creamy she wanted something healthier! so its lime sorbet up soon!
so this was my nightmare for yesterday since i only completed the cakes at 1oplus at night since afternoon. and i had to give love to my sherbet for every half hour till 1am. efforts make the food good. key to success alright.

titled: Banana Terror
i spent 6hours playing/experimenting bananas in my kitchen. tried out 7different recipes and some were not related to bananas at all. hahah i have the ability to change recipes with my brains xD
1. Pecan Banana Bread
my mom and relatives loves the pecan banana bread i made but i personally thought it was not up to standard to i didnt allow my cousin to try. (manager cn unnie i will make you one soon, one that i feel that is up to standard!)
2. Banana Muffin/ Walnut Banana Muffin
NICE (: oh, the expensive walnuts i bought was a con, the nut wasnt fresh enough and all the other walnut added recipes were kinda screwed. nevertheless the muffin turned out really really nice and fluffy.
and btw, this was given a thumbs up by my cousin and she will be selling this soon. keke
3. Buttermilk Banana Muffin/ Buttermilk Walnut Banana Muffin
the muffin turned out slightly wet and tasted the worse when compared to the other 2recipes. little did i expect it to taste so good after i kept in the fridge for a day. the other two lost charm instead hahah.
4. Cinnamon Banana Muffin/ Cinnamon Walnut Banana Muffin
my favourite! the cinnamon taste was so charming when it meets banana. too bad my cousin found the cinnamon smell a little too overpowering. taste is subjective so its okay. but i will definitely make this again.
this day was one that i peeled the most number of bananas, spent the longest time in the kitchen without even leaving, trying out the most number of recipes and my longest baking experience.
i swear i got sick of bananas after that.

hectic day.
woke up at 1pm, headed down to tpy sports hall for 6nations netball cup with jane.
singapore lost to canada but prem is back! keke totally see the difference with her around.
rushed down to TheCentral to meet my family as my cousin's new organic foodstore was opened not long ago. i was literally sweating when i reached there because they opened the shop just to wait for me.
and then, i was served a plate of organic pasta. verdict: AWESOME
hahah i am not bias, but it was really good and healthy.
Real Food is the new foodstore after Litmus by my cousin and both shops can be found at TheCentral, ClarkeQuay with the former at basement1 and latter at level1.
basically it sells organic meals at a really reasonable price, even i can afford it. the organic pizza for 2 is going at only $9.80! hello thats really really, cheap.
oh they also sell organic products from everywhere and even homemade organic mantou and soyamilk. i take my hats off them.
everything is organic and the place is cosy with a great ambience. even their house has been featured in magazines, what do you think?
cheap and healthy what's to miss? if you are lucky, you will see me baking there. hahah i am employed there and i provide free labour for them.
i am giving them my fullest fullest support, so please heed my advice and visit it! we all had enough of unhealthy food :D
oh dont forget Litmus too!

had my favourite bibimbap and many many more. they were all awesome! ate till i almost blow.

madness in karting, extreme pirateship rides, awesome wet n wild, superman for sleeping.
highlight of the day- go karting.
virgin experience, simply addictive.
illegal racing against cal and wy with jh and it was victory! (:
lost count of the number of rides as a passenger with jan for illegal racing. it was kart42 all the way for us while are always snatching for it with jh&cal.
great great experience!
played till i went RingDingDong. sick to the m.x.m
